Return Policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition—unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging—with proof of purchase.
2. Eligibility & Refunds
Items $300 or less: Eligible for a full refund (original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error) after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days of approval.
Items over $300: Not eligible for cash refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price (shipping excluded), usable on future orders. Store credit is issued after inspection and is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
3. Return Process
Request a Return: Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: We’ll review and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective, wrong item, etc.). Use a trackable and insured method—OSKARO JEWELRY is not responsible for lost returns.
Inspection & Credit/Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds (for eligible items) or store credit (for items over $300) are issued as described above.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Contact us to initiate and we’ll guide you through availability and next steps.
5. Non-Eligible Situations
Items not returned in original condition (e.g., worn, damaged by customer) may be denied or partially credited.
Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
