1. Production & Processing

All items are handmade to order. Because of the care and craftsmanship involved, please allow 3 to 5 days for your piece to be produced before it ships. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

2. Shipping Options (Domestic U.S.)

You can choose from the following delivery speeds at checkout:

Regular Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment — $20

2nd Day Air: Delivered in 2 business days after shipment — $55

Overnight Shipping: Next business day after shipment — $120

Shipping timeframes above begin after the handmade item has been completed and handed to the carrier.

3. Tracking & Notifications

Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive an email notification with the tracking details once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, contact us as soon as possible at oskaroperez968@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging and documentation in case it’s needed for a claim.
